MADISON, Wis. - Teachers at mold-contaminated Caesar Chavez Elementary School in Madison, Wis., have filed a class action complaint against the general contractor in charge of the school's construction, alleging that the proliferation of mold and the teachers' subsequent personal injuries were the result of negligence. Mary Conroy, et al. v. Westra Construction, Inc., No. 02CV0821 (Wis. Cir. Ct., Dane Cty.).
