TOLEDO, Ohio - An Ohio appeals court has affirmed a judgment for a home seller accused of failing to disclose prior water damage and mold, ruling that there was sufficient evidence to support the verdict and judgment. Arbogast, et al. v. Werley, et al., No. L-09-1131 (Ohio Ct. App., 6th Dist.).

The decision and judgment by Ohio's Sixth Appellate District was issued on May 21 in favor of appellee Mark C. Werley. Costs were assessed against plaintiffs-appellants James and Michelle Arbogast.
