RIVERHEAD, N.Y. - A New York trial court has denied a commercial tenant's motion for summary judgment in a dispute over whether the tenant's insurance policy complies with lease requirements. TRK Pub Inc. v. 906 West Beech Street Realty Corp., No. 8981/2009 (N.Y. Sup. Ct., Nassau Cty.).
