PHILADELPHIA - The family of a child in subsidized housing who alleged serious brain injury from mold exposure halted trial proceedings in federal court on May 3 after agreeing to an $11.5 million settlement with the Philadelphia Housing Authority and the owners and managers of the subsidized residence. McKinney, et al. v. Philadelphia Housing Authority, et al., No. 07-4432 (E.D. Pa.).
