RIVERHEAD, N.Y. - A New York trial court has ordered an insurance company to disclose three years of mold claims and denials, despite the carrier's assertion that it is being asked to create documents that don't exist. McGowan, et ux. v. Great Northern Insurance Co., et al., No. 1852/2008 (N.Y. Sup. Ct., Nassau Cty.).

The order by Nassau County (N.Y.) Supreme Court Justice Angela G. Iannacci on April 30 came on a motion by policyholders alleging that Great Northern Insurance Co. sold them illusory coverage for mold.
