NEW YORK - A New York appellate court has affirmed a lower court's denial of summary judgment to the landlord defendant in a mold injury case, saying that while the defendant supported the motion with expert opinions on causation, those opinions were not enough. Cabral, et al. v. 570 West Realty LLC, No. 2009-07792 (N.Y. Sup. Ct., App. Div., 2nd Dept.).
