SAN DIEGO - A condominium owner who is suing her association over mold and water damage lost her absolute right to inspect association records when she was removed from the board during the discovery dispute, a California appellate court has ruled. Villa Europa Homeowners Association et al. v. Superior Court of San Diego County, No. D056640 (Calif. Ct. App., 4th Dist.).
