Defendants Appeal $303,260 Verdict to Mich. High Court

LANSING, Mich. -Defendants in a mold case that resulted in a $303,260 verdict for a family who blamed the owners of a neighboring condominium unit for their personal injuries and property damage have appealed the adverse judgment to the Michigan Supreme Court. Genna v. Jackson, No. 285746 (Mich. Ct. App.).
Defendants filed their application for leave to appeal the trial court judgment and an adverse Dec. 15 ruling by Michigan's Court of Appeals on Jan. 26. The lower court records were sent to the high court on March 22. It is not known when the Supreme Court will rule on …
