DOVER, Del. - A Delaware judge has denied a contractor's motion for summary judgment on claims brought by a homeowner whose residence was subject to mold and bacterial contamination from a 2007 sewage backup, saying the scope of a 2008 release signed by the parties is unresolved. London v. Alpine Contractors, No. C.A. 09C-04-027(RBY) (Del. Super. Ct., Kent Cty.).
