PHOENIX - An Arizona appellate court has affirmed a verdict for home sellers accused of hiding mold and other defects and misrepresenting the condition of a house before sale. Hanson, et ux. v. Hall, et ux., No. 1 CA-CV 08-0770 (Ariz. Ct. App., Div. 1).
Arizona's Court of Appeals, Division One held in an unpublished opinion on March 30 that jury verdicts on contract and fraud claims brought against the sellers should stand and that the trial court rightly found that allowing the buyers to amend their complaint during trial to add other theories of liability.
