PHILADELPHIA - A Pennsylvania federal judge has denied in limine motions to exclude medical causation experts retained by public housing tenants claiming injuries from exposure to mold. McKinney, et al. v. Philadelphia Housing Authority, et al., No. 07-4432 (E.D. Pa.).

Judge Berle M. Schiller of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania issued the two-page order on April 20, saying in a footnote that the motions to bar testimony by E. Neil Schachter, M.D., Eckhardt Johanning, M.D., and environmental inspectors go to the weight to be given to the evidence, not to its admissibility.
