SANTA MONICA, Calif. - A California jury has issued a verdict for an apartment building owner and managers who were sued by a tenant claiming permanent neurological injuries from mold exposure. White v. LA Indian Oaks L.P., et al., No. SC090246 (Calif. Super. Ct., Los Angeles Cty.).

The verdict was reached on March 15 on claims by Steve White against LA Indian Oaks L.P., AIMCO LP, and OP Property Management LP.
