MILWAUKEE - A Wisconsin appellate panel has reversed a lower court holding that a building purchaser's reliance on the sellers' representations that the building did not have a leaky basement was unreasonable as a matter of law. Griswold v. Rogich, et al., No. 2009AP1405 (Wis. Ct. App., Dist. 1).

The Court of Appeals, District One, reinstated a lawsuit by the buyer of a four-unit apartment building on Feb. 23, saying that disputes about "who said what," and why the sellers offered a price reduction, preclude summary judgment.
