NEW ORLEANS - A defendant in a lawsuit filed by Louisiana state employees for alleged repeated exposure to mold contamination, was found to be in contempt of court and has been fined $7,000 after it interfered with environmental testing being done in the plaintiffs' office building. Sherry Watters, et al. v. Department of Social Services, et al., No. 2001-17775 (La. Dist. Ct., Orleans Parish).
