NASHUA, N.H. - A New Hampshire family has filed a petition for declaratory judgment against their insurance company for wrongful denial of coverage for mold-related damages. They also filed a separate writ of summons against the two companies that conducted pre-purchase home inspections for negligence in failing to inspect the mold-infested attic.
