Court Declines to Reinstate Case After Discovery Lapses

TRENTON, N.J. - Plaintiffs who missed discovery deadlines and failed to provide expert reports before a motion to dismiss with prejudice was decided had no basis for asking the trial court to reinstate the mold injury complaint, a New Jersey appellate panel has affirmed.
