TRENTON, N.J. - Plaintiffs who missed discovery deadlines and failed to provide expert reports before a motion to dismiss with prejudice was decided had no basis for asking the trial court to reinstate the mold injury complaint, a New Jersey appellate panel has affirmed. Kyung, et al. v. River Terrace Gardens Associates LLC, No. A-3692-08T3 (N.J. Super. Ct., App. Div.).
