WILMINGTON, N.C. - Long-term exposure to toxic molds, chemicals and other contaminants in a North Carolina county courthouse caused permanent physical injuries to employees who worked there, according to a recent lawsuit filed in New Hanover County Superior Court. Teresa H. Satorre, et al. v. New Hanover County, et al., No. 2CV-1017 (N.C. Super. Ct., New Hanover Cty.).
