General Contractor Loses Bid to Obtain Coverage for Alleged Defects

NEW YORK - A New York commercial court has reaffirmed a decision favoring insurers sued by a general contractor that sought defense and indemnification costs for alleged defects that caused water intrusion and mold at a shopping center.
