HARTFORD, Conn. - According to a decision officially released May 21 by the Supreme Court of Connecticut, the lawyer representing Amity Regional Senior High School in its long-standing mold-related dispute with Atlas Construction Company was appropriately disqualified from the litigation for allegedly attempting to alter or conceal a document with evidentiary value.
