SEATTLE - An intermediate Washington state court has vacated a trial court order denying a homebuilder's motion to compel arbitration of claims by buyers, rejecting the buyers' argument that the agreement was unconscionable. Townsend, et al. v. The Quadrant Corp., et al., No. 62700-7-1 (Wash. Ct. App., Div. 1).
The Court of Appeals, Division One, on Dec. 28 reversed the trial court decision and ordered the lower court to send the case to arbitration.
