NEW YORK - A New York trial court has granted a mold remediator's motion for summary judgment on indemnity cross-claims brought by the defendant owners and managers of a cooperative apartment building, saying the cross-claimants offered no evidence that the contractor contributed to mold damage in the building. Dorr v. London Terrace Towers, No. 10545/2006; Kaufmann, et ux. v. London Terrace Towers Owners Inc., No. 102219/2006; Great Northern Insurance Co. v. London Terrace Towers, No. 117190/2006 (N.Y. Sup., N.Y. Cty.).
