NEW YORK - A New York judge has ordered the owners of an allegedly mold-contaminated, $5 million condominium to allow building managers access to the unit to conduct testing and make necessary repairs. Board of Managers of Essex House Condominium v. The Manhattan L.B. Living Trust, et al., No. 114290/08 (N.Y. Sup. Ct.).
