ATLANTA - A Georgia appellate court has vacated a judgment that left a plaintiff landowner unable to recover from her county government for water and mold damage, saying the trial court should have issued its judgment on a second verdict that came after jurors were properly instructed on apportionment. Bailey v. Annistown Road Baptist Church Inc., et al., Nos. A09A1186, A09A1231 and A09A1717 (Ga. Ct. App.).
