INDIANAPOLIS - A U.S. District Court on May 24 granted a defense motion to stay proceedings in a case of mold-related damages and alleged bad faith insurance pending a final decision on the merits of a case between the same parties that was previously filed in a state circuit court. Dan Pence and Grace Bultemeier vs. Lightning Rod Mutual Insurance Company, No. IP01-1895-C-B/S (S.D. Ind.).
