U.S. District Court Stays Mold Injury/Bad Faith Case Pending Decision on Merits in State Court

INDIANAPOLIS - A U.S. District Court on May 24 granted a defense motion to stay proceedings in a case of mold-related damages and alleged bad faith insurance pending a final decision on the merits of a case between the same parties that was previously filed in a state circuit court.
