LOUISVILLE, Ky. - A federal judge has denied declaratory relief to a Kentucky woman who acknowledged that her coverage suit was untimely but challenged the one-year filing deadline in her homeowner's policy on public policy and other grounds. Teske v. State Farm Fire and Casualty Co., No. 3:08-CV-514-H (W.D. Ky.).
