LAFAYETTE, La. - In response to an emergency writ application filed by plaintiffs in a mold-related class action against 282 mobile homes manufacturers, the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on May 22 stayed all proceedings in the case pending review of complaints that the district court judge inappropriately requested the plaintiffs to produce their investigative files.
