Homeowner Sues Builder, HVAC Contractor for Mold-Contamination and Personal Injury

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - The home that a Florida woman specifically chose to suit her throughout her final years is uninhabitable and infested with mold as a result of the builder's and air conditioning contractor's negligence, according to a lawsuit filed May 16 in state Circuit Court.
