Court Denies Motion to Add Negligence to Mother's Mold Lawsuit

NEW YORK - A New York court has declined to reconsider its decision to deny an adult plaintiff leave to add negligence to a mold lawsuit against the family's landlord, saying any "new information" offered by the plaintiff and her attorney was known previously. <i.Walls v.
