SANTA ANA, Calif. - A California appellate court has declined to compel arbitration of a dispute between mobile home park owners and a resident, ruling that the owners failed to prove that an enforceable arbitration agreement exists. Criswell v. JS Stadium LLC, No. G041921 (Calif. Ct. App., 4th Dist.).

The Fourth District Court of Appeal also held that compelling arbitration of claims by one owner could lead to inconsistent rulings with pending claims by other residents.
