SEATTLE - A condominium unit owner that sued for reimbursement of repairs for mold and water leaks is appealing the judgment awarded to the complex's homeowners' association. Lisali Revocable Trust v. Tiara de Lago Homeowners' Association, No. 62818-6-I (Wash. Ct. App., Div. 1).

Lisali RevocableTrust, which owns two units at Tiara de Lago in Kirkland, Wash., filed its opening brief in the Washington Court of Appeals on July 28, contending that a trial court erred when it decided that Lisali should bear all investigation and repair costs.
