No Summary Judgment for Insurer That Wrote Mold Coverage

MINEOLA, N.Y. - An insurer that added mold coverage to a homeowners policy failed to persuade a New York trial judge that it was entitled to summary judgment on its insureds' claim for hidden mold damage that may have pre-dated the mold rider.
