HOUSTON - Two Texas homeowners allege that their insurance company purposefully restricted the scope of the mold investigation at their home to avoid its obligation to cover their mold-related claims, according to a lawsuit filed recently in district court. Ronald and Harriet Bormaster, v. Travelers Lloyds of Texas Insurance Company, et al., No. 2002-10354 (Texas Dist. Ct., 113th Jud. Dist., Harris Cty.).
