MADISON, Wis. - A construction contractor named as a defendant in a class action filed by teachers that have allegedly suffered personal injuries as a result of mold infestation at their Wisconsin school have responded to the complaint claiming that negligence of others, including the school district itself, is to blame for the alleged injuries.
