LAS VEGAS - Employees at Nevada's Division of Child and Family Services have sued the state agency claiming it waited too long to rid its facilities of mold that was allegedly causing widespread illness among the workforce. Karla Schurin, et al., v. Nevada Division of Child and Family Services, No. A449735 (Nevada Dist. Ct., Clark Cty.).
