SAN DIEGO - A California appellate panel has affirmed judgment for a homebuyer who alleged that the previous owner of her condominium concealed the extent of plumbing and mold problems. Goldstein v. Williams, No. D053755 (Calif. Ct. App., 4th Dist.).

California's Fourth Appellate District said in its June 4 unpublished opinion that there was ample evidence to support a trial court's finding of negligent misrepresentation by Shannon Williams, but reversed the court's finding that Williams was guilty of breach of contract.
