AUSTIN, Texas - The Texas high court on June 19 granted a petition for review of a lower court's holding that the mold exclusion in a standard homeowners' policy doesn't apply to cases related to plumbing leaks. State Farm Lloyds, et al. v. Page, No. 10-07-00228-CV (259 SW3d 257, 06-11-08 [Texas Ct. App., 10th Cir.]) (Texas Sup. Ct.).
