Texas High Court to Consider Coverage in Leaky Plumbing Case

AUSTIN, Texas - The Texas high court on June 19 granted a petition for review of a lower court's holding that the mold exclusion in a standard homeowners' policy doesn't apply to cases related to plumbing leaks.
