CLEVELAND - A home buyer who claimed he was not sufficiently alerted to mold resulting from water damage that occurred in the basement of his new home may proceed with a lawsuit against the previous owner and the realty company that arranged the purchase, an Ohio appeals court has ruled. Ross Duman, et al., v. Leland Campbell, et al., No. 99858 (Ohio App. Ct., Cuyahoga Cty.).
