Seller's Claim That Basement Was Moisture/Mold-Free May Be Fraudulent, Appeals Court Rules

CLEVELAND - A home buyer who claimed he was not sufficiently alerted to mold resulting from water damage that occurred in the basement of his new home may proceed with a lawsuit against the previous owner and the realty company that arranged the purchase, an Ohio appeals court has ruled.
