CHARLESTON, S.C. - The owners of a Sheraton Hotel and its excess insurer filed competing motions for summary judgment in a dispute over the applicability of a standard pollution exclusion to claims arising from an outbreak of Legionnaires Disease in 2005. Union Insurance Co. v. Soleil Group Inc., et al., No. 2:07-CV-3995-PMD (D. S.C.).
