SAN DIEGO - A California Superior Court has approved $2,209.28 in costs for a mold activist who was found not to have defamed an environmental firm, but the court rejected her request for thousands of dollars in additional costs and $472,250 in attorneys' fees. Kelman v. Kramer, GIN044539 (Calif. Super. Ct., San Diego).
