Calif. Court Allows Minimal Defense Costs in Defamation Trial

SAN DIEGO - A California Superior Court has approved $2,209.28 in costs for a mold activist who was found not to have defamed an environmental firm, but the court rejected her request for thousands of dollars in additional costs and $472,250 in attorneys' fees.
