TRENTON, N.J. - A New Jersey appeals panel has affirmed a ruling for Mercedes-Benz USA, rejecting warranty and consumer protection claims by a plaintiff who alleged that mold in the ventilation system caused her daughter's illness and prevented her from getting the full benefit of her lease. Turner v. Mercedes-Benz USA LLC, No. A-3653-07T3 (N.J. Super. Ct., App. Div.).
