TAMPA, Fla. - A federal judge has granted summary judgment motions by the manufacturer and seller of a $311,900 used recreational vehicle, rejecting plaintiffs' unsworn mold reports and finding warranty claims untimely. McKissic v. Country Coach Inc., et al., No. 8:07-cv-1488-T-17EAJ (M.D. Fla.).
The decision to grant summary judgment on the remaining claims and close the case came from Judge Elizabeth A. Kovachevich of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida on Feb. 27.
