Court Affirms $5,220 Verdict for Homeowners Against Builder

GEORGETOWN, Del. - A Delaware court has upheld a $5,220 verdict for homeowners who blamed their home's builder for shower leaks and mold, an appeal based on the statute of limitations for implied warranty claims and assertions of shared liability by the owners.
