MINNEAPOLIS - A single arbitrator has awarded $202,000 for renovations and another $15,712 in costs to a couple who complained that the sellers failed to disclose a complete inspection report commissioned by the sellers indicating extensive moisture-related issues with the property. Keyho v. Pielert, et al., No. 08-011-MN (Construction Arbitration Services).
The Sept. 11 award in favor of claimants Robert and Heidi Keyho of Excelsior, Minn., was made by arbitrator Gary G. Fuchs under the auspices of Construction Arbitration Services Inc. of Clinton Township, Mich.
