Camp Lejeune Plaintiffs’ Leadership Group Notifies Court of Recent EPA Rule Banning TCE, PCE

WILMINGTON, N.C. –– The Plaintiffs’ Leadership Group has notified the court overseeing the coordinated docket for Camp Lejeune water litigation claims that it intends to rely on a recent final rule announced by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency banning all uses of TCE and PCE in the United States.
