WILMINGTON, N.C. –– The Plaintiffs’ Leadership Group has notified the court overseeing the coordinated docket for Camp Lejeune water litigation claims that it intends to rely on a recent final rule announced by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency banning all uses of TCE and PCE in the United States.
