Latest Status Report Filed in Camp Lejeune Coordinated Docket Outlines Update on General Discovery, Medical Examinations

WILMINGTON, N.C. –– The parties involved in the coordinated Camp Lejeune water contamination docket have filed this month’s status report, which gives an update on general discovery and independent medical examinations.

The Plaintiffs’ Leadership Group and the United States of America filed the joint status report on Dec. 10 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina.

The parties also noted that the PLG’s request for a Rule 16 conference and the parties’ respective proposed discovery plans for Track 2 illnesses remain pending before the Court.
