JPML Set to Address Camp Lejeune MDL Location Concerns at May Hearing

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- The Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation will hear arguments relating to the location of the Camp Lejeune Water Contamination Litigation at a May 16 hearing in Louisville, Ky., according to a recent order issued by the panel. In re: Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, Water Contamination Litigation, MDL No. 2218 (JPML).

In an April 11 notice of a hearing session, the JPML said that it will address plaintiff Joel Shriberg's opposition to the transfer of his claims to the recently created MDL in Georgia.

The hearing is scheduled to begin with oral arguments at 9:30 a.m.
