FDA, DEA Issue Joint Warning Letters to Online Networks Regarding Illegal Opioid Sales

WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Food and Drug Administration and the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration have issued joint warning letters targeting four online networks that are allegedly selling opioids illegally.
According to a Sept. 30 announcement, the networks, through 10 websites, “are illegally marketing unapproved and misbranded versions of opioid medicines, including tramadol, that are potentially dangerous.”
The networks receiving warning letters include Divyata, Euphoria Healthcare PVT Ltd., JCM Dropship and Meds4U.
