Abilify MDL Judge Dismisses 149 Plaintiffs for Non-Compliance with Settlement Orders

PENSACOLA, Fla. — A Florida federal judge has dismissed the claims of 149 Abilify plaintiffs with prejudice on the basis that they failed to comply with orders regarding a global settlement of all cases pending on the federal multidistrict litigation docket.

In the Sept. 24 order, Judge M. Casey Rodgers of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida explained that the plaintiffs failed to submit any supporting documentation for their claims or did not establish that they used name brand Abilify.
