3M Combat Earplugs MDL Court Announces Plaintiff Leadership Appointments

PENSACOLA, Fla. –– The federal court overseeing the national multidistrict litigation docket for 3M Combat Arms Earplug Products Liability Litigation has announced the plaintiffs’ leadership team, appointing Bryan F. Aylstock of Aylstock, Witkin, Kreis & Overholtz, PLLC, as lead counsel.

In the May 22 order, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida appointed Shelley V. Hutson of Clark, Love & Hutson, GP and Christopher A. Seeger of Seeger Weiss LLP as co-lead counsel.
