WASHINGTON, D.C. — A motion has been filed seeking multidistrict coordination of several class actions filed against the maker of hair care products that allegedly cause consumers to lose their hair.
Plaintiffs in two of the pending actions filed the motion March 22, asking the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation to create a consolidated docket in either Oklahoma or Texas for pre-trial proceedings in all pending and future lawsuits claiming injuries caused by MONAT Hair Care Products.
